On January 6th, 2021, our democracy was attacked by seditionists who were determined to overturn our free and fair elections.

After the attack, Senator Kennedy had the chance to tell the truth and stand up to the seditionists. Instead, he voted not to certify the election results. He chose to lie, because he was too afraid to do the right thing.
