The Supreme Court is considering whether the Biden administration will be able to impose the President’s vaccine mandate on America at large.
While we should all be grateful that we live in a country where a lawsuit can challenge the constitutionality of a mandate like this, that Biden would even try to institute a vaccine mandate on private citizens is very alarming.
I am currently working with Republicans in Congress to protect the rights of North Dakotans by opposing this unconstitutional mandate.
