It’s hard to believe that a year after one of our history's most visible attacks on our democracy, Republicans are STILL pushing a dangerous narrative that fuels the fire that led to a deadly insurrection at the nation's Capitol.

The anniversary of January 6th should remind us of the steadfast duty we all have to safeguard our democracy from those who would like to incite political division for their own gain.

Democratic governors are the last line of defense against the GOP’s far-right movement that sparked Jan. 6th, and the first to make progress that defends our democracy — from voting rights to health care.

If we don’t step up RIGHT NOW to stop the GOP, we could lose everything.

We know Governor Sisolak. We know he is determined to fight for a different fate for Nevada. Our movement is about building the unity and compassion that our country needs now more than ever.

With less than a year to go until election day, we must recognize elections have consequences, and we’ll continue the work to do everything in our power to ensure we elect leaders who defend our democracy.
