Sorry for the late email — we’re closing in on our 2021 end-of-year fundraising deadline, and right now, we’re just falling short of our $8,500 goal.

Not only are ballot measures a cornerstone of American democracy, they are one of the most democratic tools our nation has to offer. In the face of partisan gridlock, we’ve been able to use ballot measures to enact progress for over 18 million working people across the country.

But as of late, extremist legislators have started to attack direct democracy — introducing legislation that would make it harder to pass important measures at the ballot box.

2022 is just hours away and we need to make sure we have the necessary resources next year to support all of the ballot measures we can AND fight back against attacks by these extremist officials.
