Hi there,

I’m reaching out to you today to talk about a subject that is very personal for me — paid leave.

My wife, Brittany, and I just welcomed our third child earlier this month. And while we are absolutely overjoyed by the newest addition of Hank to our growing family, bringing a newborn into the mix has been a very personal reminder to me of just how critical paid family leave is.

Comprehensive, national paid leave reform would lift up America’s working-class families. While that wasn’t able to come to fruition as part of the Build Back Better Act, the awesome team at the Fairness Project has taken this fight directly to the ballot box — and they’ve already helped voters get the paid leave they need in 5 different states!

Will you join me in supporting the Fairness Project with a donation today as they continue their fight to bring paid leave policies to people across the country?

The need for paid leave has been even further highlighted as we continue on in the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s essential that the U.S. join the rest of the world’s leading countries in adopting paid leave policies so that American workers and families have the protections they need.

I promise to continue my fight for national paid leave reform in Congress. In the meantime, I’m proud to support the Fairness Project as they take this topic directly to the ballot box. Will you make a donation right now to fuel their work as they empower voters across the country to pass paid leave policies in their home states?
