With less than 72 hours until our end of the year fundraising deadline, Cory encouraged me to reach out. Please give me a minute of your time to explain why your support is so critical.

After the end of our quarterly fundraising deadline on New Year’s Eve, we’re going to report all of our donations for this quarter. We need to put up a strong showing. But there’s another reason why this is so important.

We’re running against at least one candidate with the backing of a $10 million Super PAC and another who has committed to spending $50 million in this election. We actually have five opponents in total so far. We’ve endured millions of dollars in attack ads already, with more on the way. And Donald Trump flew to Arizona and directly attacked our campaign.

So I need your help to keep up the momentum in the face of these challenges. It’s going to take lots of people making donations of $3, $5, or $10 to get us to our $50,000 contribution goal by midnight on Friday.

My team tells me we’re close, and if we can get there, it’ll show that our campaign is more determined than ever to defend this seat. You can see how important this is, which is why I have to ask:
