Hey team,
Last month, I asked this grassroots team to take my Veterans Day survey, and we were overwhelmed with positive responses: Over 100 of you responded with ideas about how to better support those who have served our nation.
As a Marine Corps veteran myself, I have a lot of ideas, but based on the responses from the last survey, I have some follow-up questions: Will you take my veterans’ issues survey?
Look, I’m running to fundamentally transform the services and support we offer to those who served our nation. I know firsthand how the transition back to civilian life can be difficult for veterans and their families, but I also know what can happen when we invest in our veterans. After 11 years in the Marines, I used my G.I. Bill benefits to earn a degree and transition back to civilian life.
Now, I’m running for Congress to fix VA health care, support military family transitions, and help veterans start businesses. As a valued member of my team, I want to hear from you: What veterans’ issues should be my top priorities?
Thank you for your time,
– John
