Did you see the news? The Republican Party of New Mexico filed suit to stop Dona Ana County from illegally counting absentee ballots in today's election. And despite today's ruling, we are 100% committed to continuing to fight to make sure our election officials follow the law.

New Mexicans just want fair elections, and all we are asking is that the Secretary of State and County Clerk simply follow the law as it is clearly written.
