In 2022, we’re set to take on Rose City Antifa in court for its brutal assaults on citizen-journalist Andy Ngo. As you may know, we’re the only group demanding that Antifa and its members face justice for their violent acts.

In January, we have an oral argument scheduled before an en banc Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in our Brach v. Newsom case—to ensure that no governor can ever shut down private schools again by executive fiat.

Also, we’re optimistic that our case against Twitter, U.S Senator Alex Padilla, and other California state officials—for illegally censoring a conservative pundit—will make major progress in the new year.
