I know there's a lot going on right now, friend, especially this time of year – but I wanted to update you on the latest in the hyper-partisan effort in our very own Commonwealth to overturn the 2020 election. Yes, this is still very real.

PA Republicans are continuing with their "election audit" and recently even awarded a $270,000 no-bid contract to an Iowa law firm that didn’t exist two years ago to go over the results of our 2020 election.

That’s right – PA Republicans want to audit the 2020 election as we head into 2022. Their goal? Undermining public faith in free and fair elections by spending $270,000 of taxpayer money to invade voters’ privacy with bogus subpoenas.

The GOP's "audit" has been described as "shrouded in secrecy," and I'd have to say I agree, friend – this is definitely not business as usual.

This is scary, friend. We have to act now if we want to defend our sacred right to vote. That's why I need your help. The best way to defend our democracy is by defending critical battleground seats like this one. But the GOP has named me one of their top targets; there have already been digital, TV, and radio ads attacking me; a hyper-partisan draft Congressional map which targets this seat was just released; and my two self-funding opponents have written their campaigns large checks to buy this seat.

My team set a goal of raising $5,000 by midnight to make sure we have the resources to keep this critical seat and the House blue and protect every American's fundamental right to vote.

Please, friend, I wouldn't ask if it weren't so urgent: Will you rush $5 before midnight to protect the future of our country from extremist Republicans?

 | Thank you for stepping up to the plate, friend. I'm so grateful for your support.
As always, there is work to be done,

Chrissy
