Josh, Karin, and Greg have been hard at work for weeks preparing their arguments in our O’Handley v. Padilla case – our landmark lawsuit against Twitter and U.S. Senator Alex Padilla for their unlawful censorship of conservative speech online.
Today, Twitter and Senator Padilla’s lawyers are doing their best to get this case dismissed – so that they can go on colluding to silence anyone who dares question them online.
You may remember the facts of this case – but I’ll remind you what’s at stake just one more time.
After some of the controversies that surrounded 2020 presidential election, conservative lawyer and commentator Rogan O’Handley tweeted out several questions that he had about election integrity and voter fraud.
Then California Secretary of State Alex Padilla’s office immediately contacted Twitter and asked the big tech giant to remove Rogan’s tweet.
And they did.
Imagine the world we could be faced with if the government could go to any mass media source and demand total viewpoint censorship.
Well, John, that’s what Sen. Padilla, Twitter, and the radical Left want – and it’s why this is perhaps the most important lawsuit in the nation.
Josh, Karin, and Greg know this and they have poured everything into preparing rock solid arguments as to why this case cannot be dismissed and must proceed.
