Friend,
What a year it’s been! We’re so proud of everything we’ve accomplished together – and we’re grateful for the support you’ve given us along the way.
We wanted to take some time to review what your support has helped us achieve. But first, we wanted to let you know about a couple exciting ways you can continue to support our work through year-end charitable giving.
As you consider your end-of-year giving, we’d love for you to help us lay a foundation for progressive change in Texas. And we have three ways that you can give – through our 501(c)(3), our 501(c)(4), or through our state PAC!

Friend, the end of the year is a great time to reflect on your hopes and wishes for the year ahead – but it’s also a time to take stock of what you’ve accomplished. With that in mind, we wanted to share what your support has helped deliver.
Here’s just SOME of what your support helped us achieve this year:
 *
   We
   collected
   nearly
   35,000
   signatures
   to
   successfully
   land
   our
   first
   ballot
   initiative
   in
   Austin
   -
   voters
   will
   soon
   get
   to
   vote
   on
   decriminalizing
   marijuana
   possession!
 *
   We
   launched
   a
   living
   wage
   ballot
   campaign
   in
   Mission,
   Texas
   to
   guarantee
   a
   $15/hr
   minimum
   wage
   for
   city
   employees
   –
   this
   will
   also
   help
   boost
   turnout
   in
   South
   Texas
   and
   the
   Rio
   Grande
   Valley.
 *
   We
   identified
   thousands
   of
   voters
   who
   needed
   to
   update
   their
   voter
   registration.
 *
   We
   represented
   three
   school
   districts
   who
   sued
   Gov.
   Abbott
   over
   his
   ban
   on
   mask
   mandates–and
   won!
   And
   helped
   found
   a
   new
   organization
   that
   convinced
   more
   than
   80
   school
   districts
   to
   adopt
   mask
   policies
   to
   protect
   students.
 *
   We
   elected
   two
   Black
   City
   Council
   candidates
   in
   Grand
   Prairie,
   Texas
   for
   the
   first
   time
   in
   40
   years.
And we’re just getting started! We already have plans to launch an additional 12 campaigns across Texas – and we estimate these campaigns could boost turnout in upcoming elections by 50,000 votes or more. These campaigns have a real impact in local communities and will lay the foundation for real progressive change in our state.
Ground Game Texas was founded with the belief that with year-round local organizing we can deliver progressive change—and we’ve already shown that’s possible. Now we’re counting on you to help us continue that progress. Please consider pitching in $25, $50, or $100 in a charitable contribution before the end of the year.
