Detroit DSA is a 1200+ member funded organization. We receive no money from outside sources so we can say things like "Defund the Police" and "Abolish ICE" without losing funding, and we will always act democratically in the interests of our members and the working class! If you're able to, we ask that you make monthly contributions as they more directly benefit our chapter. With Kellogg's refusing to give their workers a contract that is even remotely acceptable, the strikers have dug in and will continue their fight for better pay, working conditions, and eliminating the "two-tier" system that comes at the expense of new hires and causes division amongst the workers.



Last weekend, about a dozen comrades from here in Detroit, alongside other DSA comrades from across the state (including one from Akron, Ohio) joined them on the picket line. This Friday at 3PM,Bernie Sanders is holding a Solidarity Rally <[link removed]> in Battle Creek that we're encouraging everyone who is able to attend!
