As we speak, Republicans are attacking our constitutional freedoms and stripping away our rights — and weaponizing the nation’s highest court to do their bidding.

They’re chipping away at our voting and reproductive rights, and it’s only a matter of time before they set us back decades by undoing our victories from the civil rights, feminist, and LGBTQ+ movements.

Congress has the power to stop this assault on our democracy, but it will require all of us to come together to get meaningful legislation signed into law.

I’m working overtime to create and pass legislation like the Judiciary Act of 2021 to expand our Supreme Court and restore our nation’s highest court with balance and integrity before it’s too late.
