Louisiana received a D+ grade on our infrastructure report card from the White House earlier this year, and I am disappointed to say I am not surprised.

Louisiana has 1,600 structurally deficient bridges and enough bad roads to stretch to Canada and back. So what is Senator Kennedy doing to fix this problem? Nothing.
