Betsy DeVos has betrayed the core tenets of the Department of Education as Trump’s Secretary -- she has slashed funding to critical programs, she has withdrawn protections for LGBT students and exposed them to harassment and expulsion, and she has destroyed Title IX protections for survivors of sexual assault.
