The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is about to have its day before the Supreme Court, as lower courts have blocked Trump and his racist administration from ending this program and triggering mass deportations.

Now, Trump's two appointed justices, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, could hold the swing votes that determine the future of DACA recipients and immigrants as a whole. Nearly a million people have relied on this program, allowing them to seek employment, to work, and to contribute tax dollars as active members of our communities.

They are our neighbors, friends, and family members. They are our teachers, co-workers, and strangers on the street worthy of safe and happy lives.
