While President, Donald J. Trump vowed that his three Supreme Court Justice nominees would help overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision that established a constitutional right to abortion.
Now, the Supreme Court appears poised to uphold a Mississippi state law which bans abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. While we won’t know the official outcome until next spring, we do know that Roe v. Wade is in danger, and the future of abortion rights is clearly at stake.
