California Gun Rights Foundation

Friend,

In case you missed it, CGF just filed our biggest pro-gun legal action in California since we challenged the Handgun Roster nearly a decade ago.

Miller v. Becerra is a Constitutional challenge to the State’s ban on so-called “Assault Weapons.”

Repeal the "Assault Weapons" Ban!

This legal action is important in several fundamental ways. First, it seeks to repeal a large swath of California’s “Assault Weapon” statutes.

Specifically, we are challenging the State’s features test that government bureaucrats use to define large numbers of common rifles as “Assault Weapons.”

Moreover, we are seeking to put an end to the California state government criminalizing the possession, sale, or transfer of so-called “Assault Weapons.”

But that’s not all, because this case is also scheduled to be heard in federal court by none other than Roger T. Benitez.

Repeal the "Assault Weapons" Ban!

As you know, Judge Benitez is the same judge who temporarily overturned California’s magazine ban earlier this year, excoriating the State for its overreach in the process.

However, in order to fund this crucial lawsuit and stand against the tyrants, we need your urgent support. So please make a tax-deductible donation of $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can - ASAP!

Repeal the "Assault Weapons" Ban!

If you do, you will automatically be entered to win an awesome Spikes Tactical Crusader Rifle!

And remember, victory in this critical case could mean:

  • The end of California’s arbitrary and unconstitutional features test for rifles
  • The ability to purchase and possess the same semi-automatic rifles that the rest of Americans can have
  • And the end of the State’s prosecution of patriots for owning rifles in common use

Repeal the "Assault Weapons" Ban!

So donate NOW to repeal California’s AR and magazine bans and be entered to win the Crusader AR!

Sincerely,

California Gun Rights Foundation
