Last Sunday, I spoke at a Universal Basic Income March in San Francisco and on the same stage as Andrew Yang! It was my largest audience to date and the energy was incredible. It was beautiful to see so many people come together to champion one of the best ideas we have for alleviating poverty and making our economy work for the better.

Our campaign had a dozen volunteers supporting us at the rally, collecting signatures to get on the ballot, and connecting with new voters. Help us keep up the momentum! We need to raise $15,000 in the next two weeks. This helps us pay for staff, volunteer activities, marketing materials, and everything we need to keep running!

Next up: Medicare For All rally!

Today, Saturday, November 2nd, our campaign will join the statewide rally & march with National Nurses United (NNU) and the California Nurses Association (CNA). We’ll be calling on Nancy Pelosi to move forward on H.R. 1384, the Medicare for All Act of 2019, which now has the support of over half of the Democrats in Congress. Join us from 2-4pm at UN Plaza if you can!
