As of Friday at midnight, I won't be able to fuel our fundraising effort for many months when Washington state's legislative session fundraising freeze begins.

While the clock ticks towards that deadline, we're running out of time to prevent the climate crisis from becoming an all-out climate disaster. Meanwhile, Big Oil has nothing stopping them from raising and spending millions pushing their anti-climate agenda and trying to stop our progress.

We can't spend the next few months on the sidelines. So my team has set a bold fundraising goal: $50,000 before this Friday at Midnight -- enough to power our movement for climate action through the winter.

Ahead of this crucial deadline, I'm humbly asking: will you make a contribution of $10 right now, so we can hit our $50,000 Beat the Freeze goal and avert all-out climate disaster?

While our fundraising is frozen, Big Oil is going to continue spending millions to power their propaganda machine.

I'm so proud of the work we did in Washington state, and across the globe, this year to listen to the science and act with bold purpose to take on the climate crisis and respond thoughtfully to the pandemic. But now the momentum we've built can't take a 90-day break while we head into the legislative session, so I'm counting on you.
