John,

We didn’t expect this race to be easy. Pennsylvania is a swing state and Brian is running for statewide office during a midterm election year where Democrats hold the White House and Congress. Historically, midterm elections don’t turn out well for the party in power, and we expect that to trickle down to our statewide election. Even the elections this month told a positive story for the GOP next year.

Take a look at The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s recent headline:

Brian is ready to transform Pennsylvania’s politics and move our state forward. He’ll act to help small businesses, ease access to health care that Pennsylvanians count on, and make sure everyone can afford a quality education.

We can turn the tide and win this race, but only with your help. Brian is counting on grassroots supporters like you to help us build the campaign infrastructure needed to spread his message and reach voters across the state.

Be one of the 115 donors we’re counting on before tonight’s deadline and chip in to help elect Brian as Pennsylvania’s next Lieutenant Governor and fix our state’s broken politics.
