A few hours ago, we hit our goal of $50,000 in matching contributions for
Giving Tuesday — that means we doubled our impact for next year's climate
campaigns. I am amazed and inspired by what our movement has just
accomplished.

But something else amazing is also happening,
John. Contributions to 350.org are not slowing
down — in fact, the pace is speeding up. Even though we are no longer able
to match contributions, hundreds of new donors are chipping in to support
our climate movement. It is unbelievable.

So today, I'm going to take a bit of a gamble and extend our goal by an
additional $15,000 so we can launch even bigger and stronger campaigns in
2022. Here's our progress as of this morning toward our new goal:

If you aren't able to make a contribution today, I completely
understand, John. [ [link removed] ]But if you
are able to donate, we are close enough to hitting our new, ambitious goal
that your contribution could very well be the one to put us over the edge.
