Americans seniors are being targeted by robocall scammers in record numbers. Often these calls are manipulated to look like they're coming from a government agency, a service the recipient uses, or even a family member in trouble. This has to stop.

Stop scam robocalls. Sign the petition.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed bipartisan legislation to combat malicious, scam robocalls. The legislation that would:

* require callers to use caller I.D.;
* require any evidence of illegal robocalls to be sent to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution;
* and increase the penalty on scam robocalls to $10,000 per violation.

Now it's the Senate's turn. Join me in urging the Senate to pass our legislation and stop the scam robocalls.

Jim
