Important breaking news in the January 6 investigation, John.

The House committee recently issued new subpoenas focused on the planning and financing of the January 5 and 6 rallies, including for Roger Stone and Alex Jones.

Both Stone and Jones are longtime allies of Donald Trump, promoted his false election fraud claims, and are alleged to have been heavily involved in the planning of the "Stop the Steal" rally in Washington, D.C. in January.

These subpoenas are a step in the right direction to uncovering the truth and we're grateful the House committee is continuing their investigation to hold the responsible parties accountable for the violent attack on our democracy.
