In 2020, Mondaire ran a historic campaign centered around empowering working and middle-class families and marginalized communities.
Our efforts last year proved what’s possible for a grassroots campaign when you build a movement that brings folks of all backgrounds together to fight for a better future.
Mondaire was raised in a working-class family and became the first openly gay, Black member of Congress. For him, policy is personal.
Since taking office, Mondaire has championed life-changing legislation for struggling Americans and Axios rated him the most active freshman in Congress across the House and Senate.
From passing the American Rescue Plan to playing a leading role in passing both the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the Build Back Better Act, Mondaire continues to fight for policies that invest in the American people, our infrastructure, and our planet.
As we look ahead to the 2022 midterms, it's clear that Mondaire and other House Democrats will be top targets as Republicans gather support from lobbyists, corporations, and billionaires to propel their efforts to retake control of Congress.
If we want to keep our Democratic majority, then we’ll need all hands on deck to help Mondaire defend his seat. He can’t do it without your support.
