Friend, Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving day, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you and our entire grassroots movement for the unwavering support you’ve shown this campaign.

Since the moment I announced my candidacy to represent you in Congress to the work we’ve done together over the past year — you have been an integral part of this team and I’m so blessed to have you standing beside me.

Growing up, I never thought someone with my background could make it in politics, let alone be elected by my colleagues as the youngest member of House Democratic leadership — but your support has helped us achieve what for a long time seemed impossible.

Despite the many challenges this year — I am incredibly proud that House Democrats have pushed our country forward and continue to fight to enact President Biden’s broadly popular agenda.

Within the last two weeks, we passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to repair our country’s deteriorating infrastructure and the Build Back Better Act to lower costs for Americans, create millions of good-paying jobs, and stop the climate crisis.

I look forward to the Senate passing the Build Back Better Act and getting it onto President Biden’s desk, so we can get more life-changing relief out to the American people.
