What a difference a year makes! I’m heartened by the progress we’ve made against Covid, and I’m thankful to the scientists and our healthcare workers who have made gathering for Thanksgiving in person safe again.

As the president’s chief medical advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci, stated at my recent Town Hall, "Clearly, if you are fully vaccinated, you can enjoy the holiday with your children, grandchildren and families."

I encourage everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated and ‘boosted’ and I wish you a healthy and very happy Thanksgiving.
