We’re approaching 2022 and Trump and his associates are enjoying life and signing book deals. Why?

After January 6th, the House took 6 months to create a January 6th Committee. It’s held only 1 public hearing in 11 months. We are now almost a year after Trump’s attempted coup and his supporters’ violent and fatal attack on the Capitol.

This is the latest in a litany of abuses that Trump has gotten away with, including not releasing his tax returns, using the White House grounds for a campaign rally, failing to divest from his business interests, deploying military troops on U.S. soil in likely violation of posse comitatus, and violating the emoluments clause with the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Not only that, but 19 states have enacted 33 voter-suppression laws, and Democratic leadership is standing by as the Senate is blocking passage of federal voting rights legislation.

It feels like we’re living in an alternate reality where Republicans break all the rules and the Democratic Party doesn’t care. I stand for holding the powerful accountable and protecting voting rights. Can you donate now, so I can win and do that in Congress?
