Friend, enough is enough.

Yesterday, the House voted to censure Republican Rep. Paul Gosar and remove him from his committee assignments.

Rep. Gosar — who served on the Oversight Committee with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — tweeted a violent video depicting him killing Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and stabbing President Biden.

Yesterday, Mondaire took to the House floor to demand Gosar be held accountable. In a speech that went viral, Mondaire declared: “We cannot let the Republican Party make Congress the only workplace in America where violence against your coworkers is not a crime, but a credential.”

The GOP is determined to play partisan politics and turn a blind eye to the egregious acts of right-wing violence in our country — like this behavior by Rep. Gosar and those who played a role in the January 6 attacks. We cannot continue to tolerate this kind of vitriol and violence in our politics.

Mondaire ran for office to stand up for what’s right, but he can’t do it alone.

Friend, please show your support for Mondaire so he can keep standing up for what’s right and fight for the things that matter in Washington. Chipping in $5 will go a long way in our efforts to re-elect Mondaire in 2022.

We cannot let violence become normalized and celebrated in our democracy. Let’s work together to support elected officials who will prioritize the American people over partisan games.
