Next Thursday the 25th, hundreds of us will be gathering in-person in Chicago for the first time in over a year to celebrate the Palestine movement Dear Email, We are beyond ecstatic to bring together members and allies of Palestinian communities across the US for an unforgettable convention. Will we be seeing you there? AMP’s 14th Annual Convention for Palestine in the US: On the Road to Free Palestine has released the convention’s highly anticipated program that will span over two days. The main program will host insightful lectures on topics such as the Palestinian national project, solidarity movements nationally and locally, COVID-19 in Palestine, the reality of lobbying for Palestine in the US, the Israel lobby and Islamophobia, Palestinian entrepreneurship, and so much more. You can find the full program on our website here. Authors, academics, activists, and leaders will join the largest gathering for Palestine in the US, including Sheikh Jarrah activist Mohamed Elkurd, American Muslim scholar and civil rights leader Imam Omar Suleiman, racial justice activist Linda Sarsour, author and speaker Miko Peled, Palestinian attorney Lamis Deek, award-winning filmmaker Ahmed Mansour, our very own Executive Director Dr. Osama Abuirshaid, and many more will share their insight and expertise on various dimensions of the Palestinian cause.
