Team:

The ability to vote and access to voting are among the most critical pieces of our democracy. But this year especially, extremist legislators have come after this most-democratic tool in efforts to manipulate the voting process to their benefit.

Right now, the Department of Justice has filed suit against Texas’ new voter restrictions that "will disenfranchise eligible Texas citizens who seek to exercise their right to vote."

We refuse to stand by and watch while Texas voters and voters across the country face attacks on their right to vote.

Will you sign our petition and demand that voting rights be protected in Texas and states everywhere? [[link removed]]

SIGN THE PETITION → [[link removed]]Make no mistake, these sweeping voter restriction laws in states across the country are no accident. They are a calculated attack by extremist legislators — disproportionately targeted at people of color, voters with disabilities, those with limited English proficiency, and other voters who face obstacles at the ballot box.

The attack on voting rights is un-American and anti-democratic, making it harder for everyday citizens to vote for ballot measures and make real change happen at the ballot box. Every single American reserves the right to cast their vote and make their voice heard.

If you agree, will you add your name to our petition and demand that voting rights be protected in states across the country? [[link removed]]

SIGN THE PETITION → [[link removed]]Thanks for your help in the fight to protect our democracy.
