In the 32 years since Heidi Hartmann founded IWPR, the organization has developed into a research powerhouse, producing groundbreaking analyses on such issues as women's labor force participation, women's leadership and entrepreneurship, the glass ceiling, women in green jobs and high tech fields, the status of women in the states, and access to paid leave, child care, higher education, and job training.

Please join us at a reception to celebrate IWPR’s three decades of achievements and pay tribute to the woman who made it possible, founding President Heidi Hartmann. We will have light appetizers and drinks, along with a short program to recognize Heidi's accomplishments.

Heidi's tenacity and dedication to empowering women through evidence-based policy research has shaped policies and improved countless lives. We’re looking forward to celebrating that legacy with you, while she passes the torch to IWPR’s next president.

You can find more information about the event on our website and RSVP through our Eventbrite page. Speakers to be announced soon.

Unable to make it? Send a tribute to Heidi’s legacy by giving a gift to IWPR in her honor.
