When I was deciding to run for office for the first time I was hesitant. Growing up with two Army lieutenant colonel parents meant I moved around a lot, so I wasn’t sure I was the best person to represent Philadelphia. What I did know was that Pennsylvania was my home, our municipalities were struggling, and the LGBTQ community had no civil rights.

We lacked equality and leaders that would listen because we lacked representation. We didn’t have a seat at the table, John, so I threw my hat in the ring and thanks to grassroots supporters like you I won this seat.

Now, we have one year to take the fight to the next level. Pennsylvanians deserve better than the Republican obstructionism that drives government inaction, cuts funding for our schools, and lowers investments in small businesses. Bipartisanship is only as critical as the ingredients that go into it, so I’m running to be Lt. Governor to be the key role in overseeing our GOP-held state Senate and serve as an earpiece and guide to improve the Commonwealth.

We have just one year to build out the ground-game, train organizers across Pennsylvania, and mobilize voters so I’m asking:
