... and 1 year until our next slate of campaigns make their way to the ballot.

Team:

Did you see Kelly’s message this weekend? Can you believe that today marks FIVE YEARS since our first set of ballot measure wins? Since 2016 we’ve been fighting alongside working people in America to enact the change they so badly need at the ballot box.

We are so proud of the work we have been able to accomplish — and even more excited for the ballot measure fights ahead. In fact, we are exactly 1 year out from the 2022 midterms.

That’s why our team is doing everything we can right now to make sure heading into 2022, we have the resources we need to create change for everyday Americans. Will you make a recurring monthly donation of whatever you can afford to ensure we have a steady flow of funds as we head into 2022?

Friend,

This upcoming Monday is a very sentimental day for us. Why? Because it marks the fifth anniversary of our very first ballot measure campaign wins!

In 2016, we secured our first set of ballot measure victories including minimum wage increases in Colorado, D.C., and Maine along with paid sick leave and minimum wage wins in Arizona and Washington.

Five years since we started our work fighting alongside working people in America is enough cause for celebration … but Monday also marks another important date. This Monday, we’ll officially be 1 year out from the 2022 midterms.

Will you make a recurring monthly gift to The Fairness Project today to help us have a steady flow of resources heading into 2022 so we can pass more ballot measures that improve the lives of everyday Americans?

We’ve got a full slate of ballot measure campaigns heading into the new year and now more than ever is the time for us to pull together the necessary resources to create change in 2022 the same way we first did in 2016.

We’ll be running campaigns to put progressive issues on the ballot like expanding Medicaid, raising the minimum wage, providing paid leave, and ending the predatory practices of payday lenders. 2022 is set to be a BUSY year too because we’ll also be running our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign to fight back against attacks on the ballot measure process.

The best way we can make sure we have the funds necessary to create change for working people across the country is to have a steady flow of resources coming in every month — starting now.

So, friend, in the leadup to the anniversary of our very first ballot measure wins — and while we’re still a year out from the 2022 midterms — will you make a recurring monthly donation to fuel The Fairness Project’s work today?
