Roger dedicated his life to improving the lives of New Yorkers through the political process, in his community work, and in his long career serving in the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision and in the Office of Children and Family Services. In his more than a decade-long tenure as Ulster GOP Chairman, he played an invaluable role in helping to elect candidates from the local level to Congress.
