$275,000, friend.

That's how much Exxonmobil spent on Facebook ads over just one week this fall, lobbying against the transformative action we need to pull humanity back from the edge when it comes to the climate crisis.

Here in Washington State and down in Washington, D.C., we must make aggressive investments in science-based climate solutions. But to power this movement forward, it's crucial we have enough funds to combat Big Oil's lies.

I'm reaching out because I need your help. Will you chip in $10 now before our official end-of-month fundraising deadline on October 31, so we can continue the fight for bold climate action together?

I'm proud that Washington State continues to lead the country on aggressive climate action. From cutting emissions to cleaning up our energy grid, I'm always going to lead with science and facts.

But we're simply running out of time to do what needs to be done to protect our shared future on this planet. I can only take this leadership to the federal -- and global -- level with your support.

Let's not let Big Oil and their lobbyists kneecap our response to the climate crisis. Our state, country, and world can't afford it.

Please, chip in $10 to fuel our work on climate action before our deadline on October 31 at midnight.

Thank you for being a part of this team.

Very truly yours,

Jay
