Hi,

One of Kyrsten Sinema’s constituents politely asked her in an airport why she won’t meet with her constituents. Sinema’s response: “Don’t touch me.” (The constituent didn’t touch her.)

Wow.

Sinema is the mascot for out-of-touch politicians who act completely untouchable because they believe their corporate cash will keep getting them elected.

It’s outrageous that Sinema and Manchin are slashing climate provisions from the reconciliation bill, and it’s outrageous that Democratic leadership lets them get away with it. Leadership has simply chosen these two as the current rotating villains who they can blame their party’s inaction on. They’ve had different villains in the past and they will in the future.

In truth, it’s also the legions of corporate Democrats who quietly oppose progress — like my opponent — who are blocking action. How could we expect someone who’s taken $3 million from corporate PACs to act any differently? Unlike him, I’m not a Chevron Democrat, which means I need your grassroots support. Can you donate now?
