Donald Trump and his allies are going to new lengths to impede the January 6 commission investigation and escape accountability.

First, Donald Trump told four of his former aides to defy the January 6 committee's subpoenas -- including Steve Bannon, who followed Trump's orders and was subsequently held in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with the committee's subpoena.

Now Trump is suing the January 6 select committee and the National Archives to block White House records related to the Capitol insurrection from being released.

Trump and his allies have something to hide and we need to find out what it is in order to protect our democracy.

Fortunately, Nancy Pelosi and this committee are doing everything they can to uncover the truth about January 6 and hold the responsible parties accountable, but Trump and his allies must comply with the investigation.
