| Fellow American, I've been incredibly blessed in life. A career as a professional athlete has allowed me to enter the race for United States Senate with a little bit of name recognition in Georgia. But I'm not running for office to grow my name recognition. I'm running because I love America, have lived the American Dream, and see the need to protect that dream for others. Too often I find myself asking, "How much longer is the American Dream going to be available to us if national leaders continue to take our country down the wrong path?" The eyes of the nation are once again turning to Georgia. Control of the U.S. Senate depends on who wins in Georgia next year. But don't take our word for it. Here are a few things the Democrats are saying about the Georgia Senate race in their emails: "Republicans need to flip just one seat to retake Senate control" "The second most expensive Senate race ever" Facts are facts. The Georgia Senate runoff elections, which gave control of the Senate to the Democrats earlier this year, were the first and second most expensive races in Senate history. That's why we're preparing now for everything the Democrats will throw at us next year. Fellow American – sometimes, when driving along the freeway, I look from one side to the other and wonder if folks know just how important this race is to the entire country. It's easy to go about our daily lives without thinking about politics. But hopefully, some folks who don't normally engage in politics – or even vote – will decide to get involved if they hear from somebody like me who isn't a politician. You see, I'm anything but a politician. I don't talk like a politician, look like a politician, or even dress like a politician. I'm a different candidate, one who hopes to reach new folks who don't necessarily know why it's important for Republicans to gain control of the Senate. We've got to do a better job of explaining to people why their lives are better when conservatives are in charge. Democrats know we're onto something, which is why they're using key phrases like these to raise massive sums to protect their Georgia incumbent and their majority: "If we lose Georgia, we'll lose the Senate and any chance at a progressive future." "CNN reports that Georgia is one of the MOST likely states to flip red." We're asking you to make an investment in our campaign today so we can contact as many Georgia voters as possible.
