In an ongoing pandemic, jobs crisis and care crisis, paid leave is one of the few policies that touches everyone — and it is essential to fixing the inequities that are pushing women out of the workforce and into poverty.
 
But paid leave is at risk of being left out of the Build Back Better plan!
