The Supreme Court's docket for this term is a code-red emergency for
everything we care about.

Legal experts are predicting a “conservative revolution,” affecting
everything from Roe v. Wade to LGBTQ+ rights and legal protection for DACA
recipients.^1 It will take a massive, nationwide grassroots organizing
effort to fight back.

That's why we've announced a major expansion to our grassroots organizing
team to flip the Senate, hold the House, and make sure Donald Trump is a
one-term president who never gets another opportunity to nominate a
Supreme Court justice. Will you chip in to build and fund these expanded
teams?

Pro-Choice America's grassroots organizing team going into 2020.

If the Court rules in Louisiana's favor in June Medical Services LLC v.
Gee, states will be allowed to enforce clinic shutdown laws that would
eliminate abortion access — which is already critically limited in Texas,
Louisiana, and other red states.^2

With Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch now on the bench, the Supreme Court
could reverse the precedent it just set in 2016 — leaving only ONE
abortion clinic in the state of Louisiana and provoking a spate of other
clinic shutdown laws around the country.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the Court looks poised to strip abortion
providers of their right to contest abortion bans and restrictions in
court — undoing four decades of precedent and forcing women to go to court
to exercise their constitutional rights.^3

To fight back, we're building one of the largest grassroots campaign
networks we've ever had. Here are some of the key positions we've added so
far:

* A State Director in Iowa, a key early caucus state for the 2020
election.
* Regional Organizing Managers and other staff in Maine, Michigan, South
Carolina, and Arizona to identify and train volunteers, move
politicians on our issues, and elect pro-choice candidates up and down
the ballot.
* An Outreach Organizer in Georgia to bring new folks from all
backgrounds into our movement and give them the tools they need to
#ReclaimGeorgia.

But we'll need your help to be able to fund this massive grassroots
expansion.
