Legislators in states like South Dakota and Arkansas are trying to redefine the meaning of majority rule, proposing legislation that requires 60% of voters to approve a ballot measure in order for it to take effect.

Why? Because we’re winning, and special interests and extremist politicians know we’re winning.

The Fairness Project has won 20 out of its 21 ballot measure campaigns.
