This week we found out that investigation took up 300 hours of official AG office time and "likely cost taxpayers at least $15,000." |

| Hood’s investigation ramped up just as he and Republican opponent Tate Reeves were gearing up for a general election face-off. Coincidence? What’s more, it certainly looks like Hood used his official position as Attorney General - not to mention taxpayer dollars - to benefit his campaign. |
