I did “Running from an Angel” a couple times, a 50 mile foot race in the Lake Mead area and I ran the "Lean Horse" ultra in South Dakota. Running a 50-mile footrace or doing the Reconnaissance Marine Assessment and Selection helps you get in touch with yourself and with what really matters in life.

The trends and the plan to win! In Congressional District 4 we flipped 40,000 votes in 2018 and we flipped 30,000 votes in 2020 while campaigning through a pandemic.
1. We need to and can flip 60,000 more votes to comfortably win CD4 and expand our United States House majority. We can do it this cycle.
2. By targeting and persuading influential constituencies like the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and Wheat and Corn Growers Associations who are fed up with Buck’s corporatist-agriculture-negative policy. ([link removed])
3. By registering the entire CD4 Latino population and by turning out every democrat that did not vote in 2020 ([link removed]) .
4. Finally by targeting persuadable independents and Republican voters that are fed up with establishment status quo politics. ([link removed])
