Friend

In the last two decades DC Jobs with Justice has fought for the rights of working people, renters, families, and immigrants. We've fought for better wages and paid leave, housing affordability and unemployment benefits for everyone. And over that time we've brought together dozens of local organizations for hundreds of campaigns and actions.

Through it all we've had a superpower: a movement united, working together to make DC a place for everyone.

Ericka, Rosa, Robert, Todd, John, Maria, Jos, Steve, Kim, Mike, Isaiah, Jacob, Samuel, Sarah, Ed, Smiley, Dyana, Elizabeth, Nikki, and Mackenzie are just some of the people who have been part of DC Jobs with Justice over the past 20 years.

You are part of our history, too, and we want you to be part of the celebration! Join us on Thursday, October 21 for this year's I'll Be There Awards:

This is our biggest event of the year it's now just two weeks away! Join us virtually to look back at our history, celebrate leaders in our movement, and look ahead to DC's recovery from COVID and beyond.

Get your ticket for the I'll Be There Awards today and we'll see you on October 21!

Sincerely,
DC Jobs with Justice

P.S. — Some of the people above have already shared their memories from 20 years of DC JWJ. We'll be sharing even more in the next few weeks: send us yours.
