The work we’re doing together is necessary, but it’s also often infuriating, exhausting, even daunting. That’s why we reached out last week – to check in. And we were overwhelmed with the responses we received. 

It’s clear you feel the weight of what we’re up against – and there’s a lot weighing on you. Here’s what we heard from you: 

• Nationwide GOP voter suppression campaigns are a primary concern. The Trump mafia is using Big Lie propaganda and their puppets in dark-red state legislatures to mute minority voters, cheat their way into the majorities in 2022, and tip the electoral scales for years to come. And they think they’re going to get away with it. 
• We all know Ron DeathSantis and Greg Abbo(r)tt are at the helm of the sinking ship that is the national Republican Party. But you raised again that there is an entire cadre of corrupt GOP governors knowingly risking American lives and kowtowing to Trump’s ego. Bill Lee in Tennessee. Doug Ducey in Arizona. Kim Reynolds in Iowa. And on, and on. 
• Vulnerable Americans forced back into quarantine by the anti-vax mob and their hypocritical leaders are fed up. They’re tired of being forced, by the Freedumb mob and their Fox mouthpieces, to choose between their own freedom and their lives. 
• Women are fearful of their rights and options in their doctors’ offices and on the streets under Texas’s new state-sponsored bounty hunt. 
• You’re tired of the hate, the lies, the distrust in neighbors. You mourn the loss of community that’s been replaced by conspiracy and corruption. 

We hear you. We’re with you. We’re committed to fighting where you think we’re needed most.
