60 years ago, John F. Kennedy signed the law which established the Peace Corps. Through the Peace Corps, Kennedy deepened our nation’s commitment to service, peace, sacrifice, and a better world.

I joined the Peace Corps as a young man because I wanted to dedicate my life to the service of others. Now, I have a chance to continue that tradition of service by representing my home district, MD-01.
