John,

Happy Constitution Day!

Today, we celebrate the U.S. Constitution—and the freedoms it guarantees.

And what a brilliant document the Constitution is…

…it is a beacon of liberty for the world.

But like you, I am troubled by the horrific attacks our Constitution has endured just in the last year.

We have seen an unprecedented attacks on our liberties as Americans, including:

  • Extreme violation of medical privacy and individual liberty as a result of vaccine mandates
  • Big tech censorship and destruction of our freedom of speech
  • Church lockdowns and bans on prayer vigils

Two hundred and thirty-four years ago, the founding fathers officially adopted the greatest governing document in the history of mankind.

The Constitution was designed specifically to empower the people to govern themselves and protect them from the tyranny of the government.

And, as you know, it is under assault like never before.

That’s why my team at the Center for American Liberty is fighting every day to fend off the attacks on the liberties protected by the Constitution.

John, it’s important to me, as we celebrate the adoption of our Constitution, that you know how grateful we are to you.

Without you, we wouldn’t be:

  • Suing radical Antifa groups who attempt to shut down free speech by physically bullying innocent journalists like Andy Ngo.
  • Preparing to sue the Biden administration the moment it enforces vaccine mandates for private employers.
  • Holding Big Tech companies like Twitter, and the elected officials colluding with it, accountable for their censorship of conservative voices like Rogan O’Handley.
  • And standing up against unelected bureaucrats who denied Reverend Patrick Mahoney a permit to hold a prayer vigil for 9/11

Because of your generous support, we’re able to stand on the front lines and fight back against encroachments on our civil liberties- especially our right to free speech and worship.

Indeed, just this year we won THREE First Amendment cases in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. And we're not slowing down.

I hope you take a few moments to celebrate our Constitution and our freedoms today – may we never take them for granted.

Sincerely,
