Hey John, with our mid-month deadline in only a few hours, I wanted to give you a quick update on our progress.

My team set a goal to bring in 32 more donations before midnight tonight, and we're getting so close to hitting it. We only need 16 more folks to step up and chip in whatever they can to meet this goal. Can I count on you to pitch in $3, $5, $10, or what can before midnight tonight?

Last night, right at the deadline, the redistricting commission approved new district maps for the next four years. These gerrymandered districts will maintain the GOP supermajority in both the House and Senate. This goes against the will of Ohio voters, and we need to fight like hell to demand fair districts.

I'm ready to take this battle all the way to the Secretary of State's office to not only demand an end to gerrymandering but also to ensure every Ohioan has equal access to the ballot box and keep our election safe and secure. But I can't do that if we fall short on this goal, especially when we're so so close to hitting it.

So join me in this fight to protect our democracy and help me hit our mid-month goal. We just need 16 more people to pitch in whatever they can before midnight tonight, so I'm counting on you to step up right now.
